Shipping and delivery

Orders are prepared for shipment after payment and order details are confirmed. Processing and delivery times vary by product, destination, carrier, and supplier availability.

Tracking

When tracking is available, you will receive it by email after the order ships. Tracking may take time to show its first carrier scan.

Multiple packages

Items in the same order may ship separately. If that happens, you may receive more than one tracking number.

Address accuracy

Please review your shipping address before checkout. Contact us immediately if you notice an error; changes may not be possible after fulfillment begins.

Delays

Carrier, customs, weather, seasonal-volume, and destination delays can occur outside our control. Contact us if tracking has not updated for an extended period and we will help review the shipment.
