Returns and refunds

We want you to feel confident ordering from Aarna. Contact us within 30 days of delivery if you would like to request a return.

Return condition

Items should be unused, clean, and returned with their original packaging and included components. For hygiene reasons, some opened personal-use products may not be eligible unless defective.

Start a return

Contact us with your order number and reason for return. Wait for return instructions before sending an item. Unapproved returns may not be accepted.

Damaged or incorrect items

Contact us promptly with photographs of the product, shipping label, and packaging so we can review the issue.

Refund timing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the return is received and inspected. Your financial institution may require additional processing time.

Return shipping costs and non-refundable charges, if any, will be communicated before the return is authorized.
