How should I position a lumbar support cushion?

Place it where it follows the natural curve of your lower back without pushing you uncomfortably forward. Small height and depth adjustments can make a noticeable difference.

Will memory foam feel the same for everyone?

No. Firmness and support can feel different depending on body type, room temperature, chair design and personal preference. Memory foam can also feel firmer when cool and soften as it warms during use.

Do Aarna Comfort products have washable covers?

Care instructions vary by product. Where a removable cover is included, follow the care guidance shown on the product page and allow the foam insert to air out rather than machine washing it.

How can I track my order?

When tracking is available, it will be included in your shipping confirmation. Tracking may take time to show its first carrier scan.
